I sent all the original documents to have my passport renewed, this is 1 month ago, I checked the web site and it was sent, but I still haven't received it. I am waiting for my passport to buy my ticket to visit my mother.

The problem may be with the Post Office. You probably have a tracking number, try to locate your envelope by that number! Hope this helps!
