I was told to email the consulate with my questions. I have been trying to send them an email for about a week and the email keeps coming back undeliverable. It's states that the email box is full and cannot receive any more enauks

They don't take calls but if you didn't get a reply, you are using the wrong email. Most questions can be answered by carefully reading their website.

You either get your answer through the website or you will have to go there in person . They dont reply to emails nor phone calls unless it's a emergency. Pain

Figure out how to call them or go there in person. For either - try to go first thing @ 9:00 am.
