I believe they have a seniors hour before 11am. You would have to check the individual store
Mornings around opening
Most have special hour starting at 9 am on Tuesday and Thursday.
For me the best time would be Monday - Wednesday, in the morning. Preferably around opening time. Also check Costco.ca for special hours for seniors.
