No Arlington Memorial Bridge is NOT closed but there IS construction. Due to construction, lane pattern fluctuate morning/evening rush hour times M-F, not sure about weekends. This has been going on for several months & will continue through 2021 (I believe.) Impacting traffic issues on & around Arlington Memorial Bridge is construction of Kennedy Center expansion. The left lane of the bridge is closed but the sidewalk and right lane are open going into Arlington.
I don't believe the bridge is closed. But, be aware of the construction which may affect traffic flow ar various times.
