It's STILL CLOSED... They have a DROP BOX on the side of the building, they even have lil envelopes in the box to fill out the amount and place the bill and your pymt so the correct account can be Credited.

PEPCO/Exelon is an awful, unethical company. They do billions of $ of construction each year and use quick and dirty construction methods, causing millions of $ of damage to historic homes adjacent. They have a fraudulent claims system, and don't actually pay for damages. Attached are photos of damage in and around my home from the past 2 years. Their energy generation and distribution are adequate.

The customer service reps are nice and helpful, but working with the company has been a disaster. I've been on four calls with customer care agents and have still been unable to set up an account, for example. It's just a terrible, terrible, terrible, online experience.

You can call customer service or call a number at benning service center, they will creat a 15 day investigation card, if it's electric wire and not in use Pepco will remove it but if cable wires you need to call cable company to remove or fix it. Usually the cable wires are the bigger ones that are at the lowest on the pole

You need to send a class of service application in there you can choose customer requeste relocation, keep in mind when its customer request, and it's not Pepco's plan Pepco will charge you for trenching, conduit , cables, channel risers and everything related.
I assume you are a spouse. If you are calling on behalf of an incapacitated employee or retiree, call 1-877-7EXELON. They will assist you.
Here is the site with all the customer service information for Pepco in DC and MD. https://www.pepco.com/MyAccount/CustomerSupport/Pages/ContactInformation.aspx
when there is power outage most of the times it's on a mainline, or main feeder which cause all the cuatomers on that feeder to go out, fixing a mainline after storm restores power to multiple customers can be businesses and or residentials.
