They pull people and give them tickets everyday! If you are having an issue in your neighborhood, call them and complain. They will most likely set up someone to patrol it more often. As far as the IQ situation, that's just a childish thing to say. The officers put their lives on the line everyday. That makes them hero's, not idiots!

I see them pull people over every single day!!! If you have issues in specific locations call the non emergency line and have them send someone out.
People run 60mph thru my neighborhood. Noone ever gets pulled over
They have stopped me a number of time and I don't live in Hanover for 58 years. I was stop the last time coming down Shady Grove road in October. I admits that I was going slow and there were a lone of automobiles behind me. I had tried to avoid driving on the back roads of Hanover for a few years ago.But I was supposed to get off at 4:30 so I thought I would be home before dark. Then I got delayed and didn't realized it had gotten that dark. Those new style light coming face me make it difficult for me to focus.So I lowered my speed and keep braking. She told me she was gong to let me off with a warning. Two weeks Katerina I got 2 letter from DMV. She told them I was driving slow (which was true) and I kept braking (which was true) and I kept crossing the solid yellow line.( which was the same as her telling me she was going to let me off with a warning).
People commit insurance fraud in my neighborhood along with many other crimes and Hanover enforces Nothing My neighbors also have shot at me and Hanover could care less ! Lived throughout Virginia 50 yearsand have been a victim of government crime many, many times.
