Is it legal in Chatham county to video tape a neighbor in her house and record her private phone call from across the street? As a retired police officer I know this was not legal where I worked nor did any of my FBI buddy's think so. Just asking.

After seeing the crazy dangerous pursuit of a truck hauling a back loader I am curious if you have changed your pursuit guidelines? After the carnage of this pursuit and the LUCK no inocent lives were lost I think if you have not you should change.
