Awful experience at this complex!!! The complex took my application fees, but never ran the application and refuse a refund!!!!!! The apartment we were shown was smelly and dirty - the entire complex is running down. My family and I were in need of an apartment during a transition period after we sold our home and we’re finishing construction on our new home. I had called to inquire on apartments and asked about availability and occupancy. We were needing a larger 3bd apartment for my large family, 2 parents and 6 children. I was told they would call me back that day after checking with a manager- they never did. About 2 weeks later I stopped in with my entire family (the phone just rings and rings) and made the same inquiry. Hailey was more than happy to show us the apartment available right away and after showing us the apartment she encouraged me to complete an application. She gave me everything I needed on the apartments end to do so. We were prepared to pay a deposit and 6 months rent upfront. I competed the application and payed almost $200 in application fees. I received an email from Hailey about 3 days later stating that they would not rent to us because of the size of our family, but they would gladly refund the application fee, I said ok and offered to come in right away, but was told it had to be processed by regional and mailed. 30 days later I had still not received a check in the mail. When I followed up I was then told by Hailey they do not give refunds and would not be refunding the application fee that THEY NEVER RAN!!!! Instead my family was ENCOURAGED to complete an application and told no only after receiving the $$ despite my full disclosure. Don’t waste your time or $, I can only imagine what it is like to be a resident at this complex!! However the complex next door was perfectly willing to rent to us… and it is new. Also, the complex has been long neglected! The apartment we viewed had dirt a spiderwebs all the way up the stair well and halls of the exterior. The interior had such an odor that all the doors and windows were open, there was dirt on the baseboards, fans, walls. There were dead spiders and bugs on the floor and the lighting was poor, it felt dark. I used to clean houses so I knew I could eventually clean it up and the odors ‘should’ improve… and we needed a place to live. When I asked about the apartment amenities such as the gym, most were closed for renovation that would be starting soon- but there was no hopeful date of completion. The complex needs way more than just a cosmetic renovation.

I’ve waited nearly 2 years to write an honest review. Living here you will be overpaying for rent which they will raise every year, the parking situation is a dumpster fire, pool is laughable and always closed, new management do not care about you at all ur just a $ once you sign they will only do the bare minimum to prevent you from suing or breaking your lease without a fee legally. I am counting down the days until I can work around a way to break my lease without a $5,000 fee or ride out the last few months. Also. When you move out they will still charge you for the utilities that you don’t even use. Don’t rent here you have been warned. You legally sign an illegal service where you pay for everyone’s collective water bill vs your own personal usage. I left my apartment better than when I arrived and I got charged over $150 for water and sewer for the last month.

Was going to give this place a 5 star rating rarely had problems and when we did it was handled fast. We are good renters. Never a late payment, we cleaned our apartment and left it 100 times better then we received it. However they told us that our security deposit would be mailed to us. Never received it. Then called the office 5 different times, never received a call back just a text to my husband saying “what’s your address” So he reprovided them with the address. Still no security deposit. So I called again and FINALLY someone answered and told me she’s going to email corporate to see what’s going on? STILL NO CALL BACK? Is there a way I can contact corporate myself? This is ridiculous.

The pool is small and dirty, not cleaned often, maintenance is nonexistent, and the gym has been locked for weeks (barely qualifies as a gym). The only valid reason to move here, compared to other places, would be the low rent, otherwise this place has nothing going for it.

I don't believe they do, but I'd call the office to be sure.
Seems like there used to be only treadmills
Up to 100 Mbps, but I've had horrible luck getting it to work at all, let alone get close to that
