I can not complain. Showed up around 12pm for pickup. 1300 appointment and was in a dock around 1315, loaded at 1345.

WORST WATER HEATERS YOU COULD BUY, AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL, YOU WILL WAIT ON HOLD FOR HOURS.

It depends. It could be anything of a thermostat or an element needs replaced, or of you have gas the pilot could have gone out or it could need a new thermostat also. Best of you called someone who specializes in fixing them, I just build them at a factory.
