The housing is nice but the staff is near impossible to reach and get answers from. I have lived here over a year and continuously had this issue. For example I called about my lease over a week ago and was told I they would find out the answer for my question and call me back shortly. Nobody ever called back and I have since then called 5 times and nobody will answer my calls. (Each time being within their business hours) I have left a voicemail each time and STILL have not received a call back. Unfortunately this doesn’t seem to be uncommon for them either. I have asked to speak to a supervisor and also… still not been contacted back….

Do not, and I mean do not waste your money moving here. All of the comments regarding the noise and the lack of professionalism coming from the management/leasing team is true. These apartments are not sound proof. Management does not address the noise complaints at all. These apartments are too expensive (rent) to have these issues. You can get better service and living arrangements at another complex. You can hear all the noise coming from the apartments above and beside you. Our apartment was not ready for move in and we still have issues in our unit that haven’t been addressed since moving in. Not to mention, there’s dog mess all over the property. The dog trash bins aren’t picked up daily. There is also debris all over the walkways and it’s a mess. Save your money and do not move here.
