Can't give below zero rating trying to get loaded is ridiculous fcfs slow as anything so if u come here be prepared you will be up all day than drive all night u will be tired they don't care about ur hours or anything u might come across if u break down or highway gets shut down this is completely unprofessional

I bought one of your hot water tanks on 10-28-2021 had it professionally installed on 11-2-2021..it quit heating 4 months after purchase date and when I called the number on the side of the tank and gave them all the information they ask for and they informed me that the warranty expired..it's a 2020 tank according to the serial number..they told me that the warranty expired before I bought it..how is this even possible..I paid $700 for the tank and paid to have it installed together the total was over $1000..and 4 months later I have a worthless Reliance tank...I contacted the BBB and posted this all over every social media site that I could and other various websites..I'm a disabled senior on a VERY fixed income

I cannot give 0 stars, or I would. We spent hundreds of dollars purchasing a new water heater. The water heater flooded our floors more than once so we had to disconnect water completely. It took WEEKS for a call back, just for them to email us 2 possible service companies. One is not longer in business and the other says they cannot get to us. I reached back out to the company and they said they do not have any other service providers in our area. So now we are stuck with no water, a faulty water heater, and the most awful service I have ever experienced. My next step is going to the BBB. ***UPDATE*** 2/10/22 We received a call from Tracey who was very helpful and is being kind enough to replace this defective water heater. :)

If we could give them zero stars, we would. Their water heater failed after three years. Their warranty is meaningless and the customer ends up paying for everything. We were told that they do not cover labor past one year, however, that is nowhere to be found in their warranty document. Spent extremely long wait times on the phone and when we finally did speak to someone, was told that this is normal. From all the reviews we've read, the experience is the same. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
