I wish they would do something for the yards like new grass ! . Maintenance people running around acting like they are police. I suppose though they have to do that to keep things looking nice. Kind of like a HOA does. It is a nice looking complex but in some areas muddy and sparse grass as in any complex.

Yes. But there is a big pet fee.
They dont have 1 bedrooms there. They only have 2br and 1 bath, 2br 2 bath and 3br 2 bath. They normally have a waiting list for them apartments also
