When my fiancé and I first signed the lease, we were so excited! The office assistant (who I never seen after signing the lease) gave us a tour. We seen an ELEVATOR! We seen "NICE" appliances. Guess what? Once we moved in, it seemed as if our appliances were refurbished/ CHEAP and we had NO ELEVATOR in our building because 3rd floor complexes "only have stairs" so we were stuck walking up and down 3 flights of stairs for a year... She did not inform us that our building did not have an elevator or we would've never moved in the first place! (luxury?) A month into the lease and I hear a horrific sound as if the closet literally fell apart. Which it did! 3 times the closet shelves fell OFF of the WALL! Clothes were on the floor along with damaged belongings. Second time it ALMOST fell on me while I was 2 months pregnant putting away clothes and the 3rd time it was inches from falling on my fiancés head. I came home one day and seen the kitchen sink laying inside of the bottom cabinet.. It was GLUED together! No bolts, just glue. This place is a joke, the only luxury you get is the amenities, the apartments themselves are terrible. The front doors aren't aligned correctly (there is an extreme amount of space between the door and the floor) so you can hear everything thats going on in in the hallway. No privacy because you can walk past a door and hear exactly whats going on. The walls were thin, the paint on the walls were flat, so basically primed a basic gray and stained from anything! My bedset was red and black and it stained the walls... If you are a single busy person, I would suggest this is the apartment for you. As far as couples and families- TURN AWAY! These are cheaply made apartments and at the end of your lease you'll have to pay for things such as stove tops, new paint jobs for their CHEAP walls/ paint, and refrigerator cabinets. If you're louder than a mouse you'll get the police called on you at 7pm. If you want to live here, you honestly cannot "live" or else you'll be charged. They're basically making me pay for their cheap *** work to be fixed and make look brand new? I cooked almost everyday in my apartment, and since I did, the stove top has cooking marks... I'm being charged for "damages" that I cannot prevent. These people are professional scammers. Worst decision ever! Update: They are charging $400 for patio blinds. Beware.

Excellent place, very comfortable, many areas to walk and excellent pool and bbq area, the attention of Elda (Spanish) excellent, always making sure that everything is perfect for the residents and resolving doubts !!! Highly recommended.

Waterside passed us a bad check upon move out. State law requires repayment of deposit funds within 30 days which we did not receive due to bad check. Took us more than 45 days to get move our refund plus returned check fees. This is par for the course with this property. I do not consider this a luxury property, they charge luxury prices but do not provide luxury services. Incredibly poorly managed! Staff not responsive to issues, maintenance not completed as requested, maintenance not completed within reasonable timing and other tenants with pets not held accountable for bad behavior. DO NOT RENT HERE!!
