I am a first time user of a cpap and the ladies that helped me were very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful with all of my questions and concerns. All of my equipment was brand new and they made sure I new how to use and work all of my supplies. From start to finish in the process they were and have been great. I will def refer others to them. The store is meh, the company really stinks. Rarely answers the phone, if they do they put you on another 20 minute hold. Sends the wrong supplies or with missing parts. Makes promises they never keep. Wish I could give this a 0 or a negative number. Called the office in Lenexa today, answered by a service. He said he would send an urgent message and they would call me back. Still waiting 12 hours later.

Horrible customer service with bad attitudes. They would not take back their equipment when notified by doctor, but kept billing for it’s use for months to me and Medicare. May contact Medicare to report possible scam to keep generating false revenue. Still an ongoing issue a year later.

I dunno about all these reviews, but I went there today. Polite staff, sit down on how to run my machine, everything went smoothly…even leading up to getting it. I called my insurance to get in the ball and had to push them along but this company did their duty with no issues.

I called in yesterday and the manager or in store employee compared my cpap machine to a used car that was being recalled and told me to take it to Ford to get it fixed not the used car dealership. My question is was she trying to tell me I was sold a used medicial device? Or do I take my used cpap machine to Ford to get it fixed? I am so confused. No one at this company cares about its customers or wants to help them with products they sell.
They apparently only care about money and once yoy buy a product they don't want to help you or have anything to do with you after that.
