Why did Americian Home patient refuse to sell me a Cpap. Do they practice customer discrimination and decide that certain groups or tyoes of people are not allow to purchase medicial equipment or devices from them????

I called in yesterday and the manager or in store employee compared my cpap machine to a used car that was being recalled and told me to take it to Ford to get it fixed not the used car dealership. My question is was she trying to tell me I was sold a used medicial device? Or do I take my used cpap machine to Ford to get it fixed? I am so confused. No one at this company cares about its customers or wants to help them with products they sell.

So the real question is did they give you a used coap machine or not?
