These guys helped us out after Hurricane Katrina. We have used them for AC repair ever since. You really have to be careful in this town what kind of AC people you get. There are a lot of grifters in this business. Call the old school reliable and qualified people like Bienvenu brothers!

Very bad experience..Very disrespectful with your time. Waited on urgent repair for several days then when I called to inquire about the appointment that they had missed they said that's not it works here and that they will come when they are available rather than apologizing for missing their appointment window.. after losing several days of leaking into drywall I called another plumber. I felt like I was working for them the whole time.

Depending on what the clogged drain is, we have several options ( kinetic water ram, sewer cables, sewer jet )
If your sewer line has proper fall and is PVC or ABS and in good working conditions you should not have to clean it. If the sewer line is Clay, the lines could start separating and causing disjoints in the lines which creates stoppages. Cast Iron, will pit and rust which will cause build up on the inside of the sewer lines causing toilet paper to catch and clog. A good periodic cleaning would be every 18-24 months.
