There's several parking garages
The Target parking garage is the easiest. I've never see it completely full. Free.
I go there about every other week and I have never had a problem finding parking in one of the garages.
There are a few garages, and quite a bit of street parking throughout all of Mosaic District.
There's free street parking in the surrounding blocks, and the big parking garage in the Target is always free and open. There's one other parking garage by the barbershop and grocery store as well.
Plenty of free parking. That's one of the things what makes this such a great venu.
