This was the second boutique I tried for wedding dresses, and it was a wonderful experience. This shop is super spacious, cool temp which made getting in&out of dresses comfortable, and well decorated. The owner was very sweet, swift, and helpful trying on dresses. Her opinions were appreciated and she picked out a w great selection of dresses based on my price range and inspo pics. She really made it hard for me to choose which dress I loved most. In general dress shopping is a little stressful, and I often forgot which dresses I tried on/which I truly loved most. It’s hard when you have family/friends telling you what they like most and then you trying to figure out what you actually want. At the end, I was happy with the dress I chose and looking forward to my special day. As a bride, take your time if you need it and make sure someone is taking pics so you can remember. We tried to do eliminations as we went along. It was really nice walking in to see my name on a cute little board and being the only appointment during that time. The decor and all the cute little things really set this shop apart from others. Also, I had a tighter budget (under $1,500) and there were several options to choose from here. Recommend!

Sage Bridal has a wonderfully large assortment of gorgeous dresses and it is helpful they have sample gowns for a discounted price. The stylist allowed me to try on several of the sample and new gowns and was willing to work with me to get the dress I desired in time for my wedding. However, as mentioned in a previous reviewer's experience, I was rushed in and out of some gowns which made it difficult to know how I felt about each dress by the end of the appointment. The ones I liked were not put to the side so we had to search through photos my friend took to find what I liked at the end. I felt criticized for not knowing exactly what type of dress I wanted before and during the appointment, and exchanges with the stylist were cold, almost to the point where I felt I was an inconvenience for being there. The atmosphere was not friendly, I left sad and disappointed. I don't have a stylist background, was new to trying on wedding gowns, and I was uncertain of what would look good on me. Overall, the tone and attitude of the stylist lacked warm customer service and made me confused as to whether or not my business was actually wanted. I assume this was never the intention of interactions, but I want to be helpful for how it was being perceived. I hope this improves because it is an excellent store and I want it and the business owner to succeed!

Beautiful selection of dresses. Service was amazing when I went to try on dresses - they had a selection ready and champagne when I said "yes" to a dress. A couple things to consider when buying a wedding dress - get an estimate for the cost of alterations, and ask about the process for fittings. I never got an estimate, and ended up paying almost double the cost of the dress after alterations. Never received a receipt either, just have bank statements for a record. The super accommodating service I experienced while trying on dresses made a U-turn once I made a payment. The hours they do fittings are mostly 9-5, which if you work during those hours be prepared to use PTO to do your dress fittings. They would not do a fitting on weekends, which I assume are reserved for securing customers. No matter how many times I expressed that I couldn't do fittings during business hours, it was near impossible to schedule during a time that actually worked for me. I get that their seamstress probably had their own work hours, but I wish they had been upfront about those policies.

I went to Sage Bridal with my mom and best friend this past weekend based on its glowing reviews and a recommendation from a friend. I wanted to share that despite being reasonably priced, the experience left a lot to be desired. We ran behind by about ten minutes (our fault - I know), but it completely set the tone for the rest of the appointment. Our stylist was obviously irked and was extremely rude the rest of the appointment. The SECOND I expressed any doubt about a dress, I was rushed through to change and go on to the next. When the appointment ended, there was a really uncomfortable "sooo now what?" conversation. I had to pry to ask about the process of ordering a gown, what the lead times were, and what the prices were for the gowns I liked. The stylist didn't put anything aside so I had to go back through my friend's pictures and point out the gowns I wanted to know more about. It felt like we were inconveniencing them by being there, and I left feeling sad and more confused because I almost felt like they didn't want my business. Long story short - decent collection of gowns and prices, weird and awkward experience.
