Nathan Fisher and Victoria go out of their way to make sure you're a satisfied client. This entire ordeal can be stressful. Nathan is calm, cool and collected. Victoria is reassuring and both of them are good at what they do. I miss Thomas, I hope he returns soon. Thank each one of you for your time and patience. I'll see you soon!

Let me tell you!! Nathan Fisher is the man hands down, no bs!!! I’ve worked with Nathan back in 2008 while going through a divorce and hard time. Not only helped save the house, he might be saved my life and not know it. The man is humble and very knowledgeable, almost a miracle worker:), I go in with to see him with loads of questions and concerns, just like that, soft spoken, solved , you will be like! What just happen?! After all these year, as of today, I wd go to his office and ask him for help even after my case completed and discharged, still he is happy to answer! Finally, may god bless you and your family for all the good you do, and thank you, truly, from the bottom of my heart.

Will filing for bankruptcy stop my home from being foreclosed?

Laurie Martin | Oct 12, 2020
Fisher-Sandler, LLC | Oct 12, 2020

When you file for the bankruptcy, the court will issue an automatic stay. The "automatic stay" requires all creditors to stop trying to collect any debts, this would include your home mortgagae. If the lender has already scheduled your home to be sold at auction, the sale will be legally postponed for 3-4 months. Pleae give out office a call at (703) 691-1642 and we can discuss wether filing a chapter 7 or chapter 13 would be best in your current situation. We offer free consultations and can file your bankruptcy same day to stop the foreclosure immediately.
