I cannot attend the Leonid event on the new rescheduled date. I am told that my ticket refund must be through this box office since I purchased the 2 tickets online through the Birchmere site. Who do I speak to for this refund?

Do you have an email for the ticket purchase? For my show in the past, I emailed the address provided.

If you purchased it online through The Birchmere website then you contact ticketmaster, that's who we sell our tickets from. If you bought it from anyone other than ticketmaster then you'll need to contact whoever that was bearing in mind that we have nothing to do with them.
