You can almost get there by metro taking the last leg on the bus. The trip takes approximately 1 Hour and 15 min. Red Line towards Shady Grove Changing to Blue at Metro Center towards Franconia Springfiels Getting out at Roselyn to catch a bus in Bay C to Dulles.
The Metro extends to Reagan DCA but not to Dulles as yet. Try contacting Super Shuttle as they do pick ups
Take metro to Wiehle-Reston East station. When the Metro silver line opened, the bus to Dulles airport moved from Rosslyn to Wiehle-Reston East (at the end of the silver line). The bus ride takes 15 minutes, costs $5, and departs every 15 - 20 minutes. It only operates during Metrorail hours.
