They do not show up to install internet. We tried to call customer service to say that he did not show up and they told that he logged he was actively working on it when that was completely untrue. They were supposed to show 10-12 and thirty minutes after 12 we were given no update, which is incredibly frustrating when you’re moving and need things done in a specific time window. They are incredibly unprofessional and unhelpful and you would be better off with Xfinity or something at this point.
