Don't chance it. Call the station and make a request for assistance
Call the station or Amtrak, and let them know you have special conditions and they will assist you
It's already on my ticket that I need assistance, I just wanted to know what time the doors open so I could enter the station.
I'm pretty sure if trains are moving, at least one person should be available, but I don't take trains enough to be positive. Good luck
