The address I was given is 24 FREIGHT CAR CIRCLE, BUNKER HILL, WEST VIRGINIA. I would like a notification as to when these dogs are rescued so I can spread the word that the dogs are ok & that this person will be prosecuted. Thank you so much!
Yes, animal control deals with abuse issues. You also may want to make a statement to them about what has been going on. They may use your information and eye witness accounts if they decide to prosecute.
I think animal control is who you should contact about animal abuse.
