0 stars should be an option. I spent $200 for a 3 night kennel here, then $1500 at the animal hospital 2 days later. My dog would not eat or drink for 2 days after picking her up, then began vomiting water and foam when she tried to drink. She developed Hemorrhagic Gastroenteritis from either being severely stressed while there or from the tripe that someone decided to give her. The owner feels they are not responsible. The owner implied the dog did not eat for 2 days which conflicts with the staff saying she ate all of her food Friday and half Saturday. The dog was picked up Sunday Morning. We brought our own food and treats. It is in her file not to give her any other food and we told that to 3 workers as we dropped off our dog.

Strictly speaking, nothing because the Bed & Biscuit provides food and water. That said, I always pack my dog's own food and treats to prevent a sudden dietary shift from causing digestive issues. I also pack any meds he's taking, a toy, and a blanket.
Yes they do, we have boarded our cat there many times.
Yes. They recommend booking In Advance to make sure there is space. You may board for more then a week
