Hi, I received a confirmation/reminder of my appointment for today. They sent me an email sometime in October, but I am having a hard time locating. I just want to confirm the time. I believe it was for 1pm or 1:30pm. Can anybody verify this?

Thanks Steven I did call, but like all Govt agencies since Covid 19. Nobody answers the phone because they have too high of a call volume. So phone calls have become obsolete. :-) I did find the email. It shows my appt and I am straight now. Thank you

The DMV will only respond to phone calls. I would call them and verify your appointment. If you want to search your email, try using key words like "DMV" or "appointment" to help locate the original email. Maybe even apply a filter for the entire month of October 2020. Best bet would be to show up 15-20 minutes early for the 1pm and wait in the parking if it's the later one.

You have to call them. Show up early. They won't wait.
