My sister is staying here and not only is she being treated horribly but other patients but the nurses there as well. Obviously this is not just a one time thing that has happened after reading other reviews but i encourage you all to go over more training for your nurses because the way they treat people is completely unacceptable.

Worst place ever. Don’t trust your loved ones here. A friend of mine’s family member stayed here and they treated them horribly! An elderly person!!! They had them lay in their bodily fluids ALL NIGHT LONG! A person who can no longer care for themselves on their own. This place is sick and selfish. DO NOT TRUST YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!!!!

Very bad costumer service. Always call the night before try to put you on there schedule in there need. There don’t ask. I There making decisions with out talking to you. Think there can come when ever there want and do what there want don’t card to much about the patients. Very selfish Not a good company to work with.

I received outstanding service after having a stroke in February from the nurses, aid, and therapists. The food was good and my room clean. My Speech / Occupational Therapists was kind and Compassion. I would recommend Encompass Heath Rehabilitation. I Thank God that want, I thank for staff. May God bless you.🌹🙏🏼

Health south has very strict guidelines about 3 hrs of therapy a day. They will divide time between OT & PT. My mom is in for reasons other than a stroke, but we have met many there who are rehabbing post stroke. They are very good at pushing the patients.

I am also caring for someone here. The hours are actually 3 to 6 weekdays and 2 to 6 weekends. I am great full for the care and rehabilitation that she is getting. So far our experience has been good. Due to the pandemic only one person is alowed into see her and that is sad. I look forward to the time when some restrictions can be lifted to allow more visitors. But I am greatfull for the work with rehab and time spent is time well spent to get better!
