They overcharge and that comes with no benefits because they take forever to fix a problem and even then they don’t fix it they put a band aid on it and wait till it messes up again.

We constantly lose power when the wind blows the wrong way. Then down for 6 to 24 hours. This is a waste of time to post as I see they have bots answer all their reviews based on rating. This further shows the total lack of customer service. They don't care because you have no other option.

What kind of company shows up and cuts power off to change meter without a word to homeowner, Dominion. Yep, will be so glad to have solar in soon. Horrible customer service, no communication chain.

Have been Waiting for dominion to come turn my homes power on but it requires a physical person to come out and flick the switch. We Put the work order in Friday, they don't work weekends, and now its 5pm on Monday and the phone lines have been saying it's a 68 minute wait to get someone on the line. We chose to have a call back but that call back has has never come....this is the worst company and I fear each winter for the safety of their customers....I wish we all mattered :(

Questions posted here are answered by your neighbors in the local community, not reps from the companies you're inquiring about. The distribution linemen will not be able to perform work until wind conditions die down. Work crew do not perform restoration in the middle of the storm. The storm threat has to be over... before they start restoring power....
