I have never written a review but I wanted to let people know that this apartment complex is this worst place I have ever lived in and I grew up living in apartments. The office receptionist and manager are worth less and have no idea what there doing.

I love the way if somethings broken they’re here right away to fix it All the amenities are so great, The money for what you pay, and what you get is great. The only thing that is a little upsetting is the upstairs neighbors the kids Run and jump a lot. Other than that i love my apartment the size is beautiful.

Overview: I have lived here for about 3 years, and I am going to give you my open and honest opinion about this place. It's a decent place to live in, but I don't believe the crew really cares about you. Amenities: The only Amenities that are useful is the gym, but even then the gym has it's flaws. To start with the gym, they have a limited amount of equipment, but it gets the job done. Kids will come in there, despite their being a rule that anyone under 18 has to be with an adult, people leave the equipment on the ground, which is lazy and extremely dangerous, and when the machine/machines are broken it took almost a whole year to fix. They have a cable machine, and plastic that was suppose to protect you from the inside was open. I alerted them almost a year ago, and they just replaced it. The pool is only opened during certain hours and times of the month. The firepits don't work, and the office space and movie room are only available at certain times, compared to other MAA communites where it is open 24/7. Rent Cost + Renewal: The rent cost as of 4/4/22 is about 1500 a month for a one bedroom apartment. This isn't bad, but if you need less months it could jump all the way to 2100. I started living here in 2018, and the rent jumped up 33% from when I first lived here in 2018. Every year when you renew, you only get a month or two weeks to decide. So if you plan on hopping to a different apartment, you need to plan way sooner. Also when you renew you can 1000% count on the rates jumping despite it not making any sense why. You can pay rent online or through an app which is neat. Space: With the amount of space in this apartment, they are over-asking for the amount of space they are giving you. When I first lived here, this was the biggest apartment space available for the price they gave. Now there is a better option. There is another community that gives you 200 sqft extra space with the same price to a little extra that isn't that bad. This MAA apartment matches those prices and gives you less space. I am no market person, but if you get less space with not a lot of amenities working, you should lower the asking price for rent down a decent amount. Sound: This is right by a hospital so you will hear an ambulance or two. After a while, you get use to it. Smart Devices: The smart devices are cool, but not cool if someone hack's them and accesses your place without permission. Maintenance: Maintenance gets stuff done fast. They usually respond in a couple of hours, and are usually really nice people. The only down thing I have to say is if you move here, if the washer and dryer are shaking badly, something is wrong with it despite the maintenance saying otherwise. I had to show them a video of what was wrong with it, and then they acknowledge that. That took 3-4 tickets, but whatever. Snow: They are usually good about snow, unless it's a bad snow storm. If it's bad, it usually takes a few days.

Horrible customer service. The staff does not care about the residents. You’re better off moving somewhere else. They do not respect people, but like to pretend they do. I am so glad I am moving out. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
