Go in afternoon when not crowded. You can see what tickets are sold and which are available on line.
You choose your seat.
Given that a few of the theatres are RPX (meaning enhanced screens and audio), it may be a bit difficult to find the "quietest" place. Now for the most part all special needs/ assisted seating tends to be directly in the middle of the theatres (which can be verified during ticket buying process for reserved seating.) But if you're going to a standard showing and do not require the assisted seating the closest to a quieter space tends to be just under the projector in the back row, or in the middle of the first few rows..reason being is the sound system is usually on either wall so sitting on either end isle seat is louder. So short version, based on available factors is sit in the middle closer to the front or very back for standard showings. IMAX and RPX showings are gonna be louder regardless....but here is a tip if you haven't tried it...get foam ear plugs for the little one; it will cancel some noise but still be able to hear the movie for the most part.
It's assigned when I buy your ticket it can be your choice
