I've never had a problem with taking pictures with my phone or friends have used cameras.
I don't think they have any issues with cameras. You might call ahead of time.
It is a controversial topic. Just be sure not to be taking photos of, or taking recordings of other people slash their children. It is a safety thing. The public is on high alert with everything that is going on these days. No flash photography. No bright powerful lights. I'm certain that if you remain inconspicuous you will not be bothered. Just be certain not to be capturing other people, or their children in any of the same if it could be helped.
