I purchased a mountain bike about 3 months ago for $6,800 and although the bike is great, I regret shopping at Sport Systems. A few weeks after getting the bike, the self-extracting crank bolt fell off while riding and I had to go in for a replacement. I think it fell off due to not being assembled correctly. The biggest issue is that I'm still waiting for the shop to give me all the parts I was supposed to receive with the bike at purchase. It's been 3 months and I still haven't been given everything I paid for. I would recommend shopping with one of the other bike shops in town. Update: I finally received the rest of my bike shortly after writing this review. 3 months. I upgraded from 1 star to 2 stars. I will still be avoiding this store.

I recently received outstanding customer service from Dave Ortiz in the bicycle repair shop. Dave went way above and beyond with his assistance and advise on selecting new shifter/brake cable and housings. I've worked with Dave in the past and he has always provided sound advise, in a positive friendly manner, without talking down to the novice bike mechanic or cycling enthusiast. Thanks again

Best to go tubeless or riding bike in New Mexico will be troubles every ride. They do repair flats. You will likely need to get your bike in repair cue.

Boots & board for my 7 year old grandson came out under 35 dollars for a day rental. I picked up on Saturday for a trip on Sunday and returned rentals on Monday.

In the future I recommend attending the "Avalanche sale" @ the beginning of Oct. That event puts you in touch with everything else going on for the winter season.
