It was pretty cold when me and my husband went, and they were enclosed. very gr8 service and food and drinks there.
We were there the last two days. Yes.
They usually enclose the outside seating when its cold out. Still available just protected.
When we ate there on December 24th of 2020 they had the windows closed on the deck. They also had some big heaters around. It was rainy out and probably about 50°.I would not say that it was toasty warm in there but it was comfortable.
I would say yes... its a great place.
