I drove here with some family for a nice day out in Cedar Key as it's just an hour drive from Gainesville and after a short walk through the town, we stopped here to eat. (We're sorry about staying past closing.) I got a deep fried chili dog with fries, and my family got shrimp, and burgers. I can't comment on how those tasted but they all said it tasted great. The chili dog was a bit messy but tasted great and once I finished there was a bunch of the chili that had fallen off and onto the plate which I used the fries to scoop up. It tasted great and was well worth the money. It took a little while after ordering to come to the table but I'd like to think that's because everything was being made and not old food heated up like it is at other, bigger restaurants and it may just be that I'm too used to ordering ahead at fast food restaurants. The waitress was nice, and overall it was a great restaurant. I'll absolutely be back.
