I've purchased 3 used vehicles from Royal, also added lifetime warranties to all. I referred my sister and brother, they both purchased cars from them as well. Treated fair, no haggling, upfront pricing. I will go there again. I am sure if there is an issue, they would work with you for a resolution. I don't know what happened in your case.
Most places have a website where you can rate them and comment. There is also state dealer association you might check. They have to be a member to contact BBB
