If your endoscopy is at Northwest Medical Center, you will need to check in at the Outpatient Surgery entrance at the back of the hospital, off of Corona Rd.

The reason for this, other than COVID protocols, is the scent and pollen of flowers can cause additional respiratory problems for our patients. Balloons are but unfortunately flowers are not because of respiratory issues.

There is a Health South Rehabilitation hospital across the street from North West hospital on Orange Grove and La Cholla. It is a great Rehabilitation Hospital. The staff is great and very caring.

The worst hospital in Tucson in my opinion and I have spent time at all of them... Northwest most recently. They need to start from scratch...

Call their insurance company. They will either mail out an in network handbook(which will also consist of out of network Dr's. )it will most likely have all the information of pricing and what-not

You can request them by going in there and asking for them filling out a paper request or they do have a website you can register online and see your records

No clue, I honestly try an avoid Northwest, have not had very good luck with that place!!
