Update: Desert Toyota contacted me and agreed to fix the car after I posted this review. I genuinely appreciate the fact that they contacted me in order to make things right. Original Review: Never again. We recently purchased a car there, and they told us that it was a Toyota certified used car. We didn't notice until we got home that there was a large scrape on the right front panel. We told one of the salespeople that we worked with about it, and he immediately asked if we'd hit something on the way home. We had not. Every time I call them, they tell me that someone will call me back, but I never receive a response. I don't have any proof of this, but I believe that they knowingly sold us a damaged car and hid that information from us. The damage is superficial, but if I'm going to spend that much money on a car, I'd like it to be in the best condition possible. I personally will never do business there again.

Oh no... honestly I don't know that answer for sure. I just know out own experiences have always been good. And I do know that even any BEST business (whatever it may be) will have AT LEAST one "off day" or have something go wrong since no one is perfect, so I always give a place a 2nd chance if that happens. I hope you do that and get a great experience the 2nd time. Kevin is usually our service writer and he's very helpful. 🙂
Depending on the vehicle, smart key replacement can be as much as $200 to $600 and more
