I want to say a HUGE THANK YOU to pep boys and in particular, Allie and Donovan(sorry if I spelled the name wrong). On my trip back to Atlanta, I heard a noise and discovered it was a screw/bolt of some kind buried in my tire. I didnt want to try and make it 4.5 hours home and so I whipped into Pep Boys for help. Immediately, Allie said no problem, lets get our guy to look at it. Long story short, the tire was repaired and I was on my way back home within 30 minutes!! Best experience ever from a big box tire shop. Kudos to both of you for being so kind and calming , as I was worried it would take much longer or worse, not getting back home for a long while....5 star review!

I went in to get an oil change. Stayed for over two hours and was charged $150 for something that other places charge for less than $50! They barely give any communication and to top it all off the whole time I sat there and waited with no air conditioning with it being 100 degrees outside; while the workers had the fan pointed only on them! I suffered heat exhaustion and cannot begin to understand why it took as long as it did. Do not come here you will only waste your time money and energy!

They fixed my window motor back in December and it broke a few weeks ago. I made an appointment and even then it took them at least 4 hours to change it. After it was fixed I noticed that the door handle was extremely tight and hard to open so I called them. They told me I could bring it any time to fix what they did wrong. Told them I would go on a Saturday since I work but no appointment was made. I was able to go until next Tuesday and the manager (I believe his name is Martin) was very aggressive and disrespectful. He told me that I missed my Saturday’s appointment and that I needed to reschedule and that they were busy that day. I told him I couldn’t just keep asking for days off my work. He had the audacity to tell me that I “needed to relax”, told him that he’s the one who needed to relax and that he was being very aggressive towards me. He told me again that “I needed to relax more” with a smile on his face. Just to ease things down I did not reply anymore but I heard him saying to take a seat. All this was in front of his coworkers and clients, some of them were laughing. I thought about bringing my car again to change my tires since they’re worn out but they just lost a client. I will never ever go back there. Another lady waited 4 hours for an oil change. Terrible service all around.
