We had a Five Star Experience at Discount Tire in Rock Hill, SC. We were first greeted by one Justin in the parking lot then another Justin inside. After a flat tire on the highway and limited time before an event in Winston Salem, we were under time pressure. But, we were able to purchase two new tires for our Outback and be on the road in 45 minutes. Both Justin’s were so unbelievably polite and kind. What a great experience!

The guys and gals here are so accommodating, friendly and polite. You can see that they're busy but they are always moving, their hustling. I like that when they give you an estimated time it's the longest they expect you to have to wait. For instance if they tell you the wait is 30 minutes, it isn't going to be longer than that.they do a good job of managing my expectations. They keep track of my warranties so I don't have to.
