^^correct. Recreational is not legal in the state of Maryland. Yes, it is decriminalized and a fine-able offense. But in order to legally purchase at this current time, you must have your medical card.
Not sure what you mean by recreational. But you be must be a certified medical cannabis patient. It's not very difficult to get approval for medical marijuana
