They are very friendly and good with small problems but if they have to hold your bike for an extended time I implore you to call them consistently to make sure they don’t forget about you. I left my bike for derailleur replacement and apparently I need a new wheel ordered but wasn’t told until I came inside to get my bike 3 days after the promised day. It would be nice to know these things ahead of time.

i didnt have the tool to remove a weak kickstand that was attached to an old bicycle frame i bought, so i came to the coolest looking shop with a kitty cat hanging around. the representative said that they refuse to remove my kickstand because it looks like i built the bicycle myself. he said that removing, replacing, or selling me the tools to work on the kickstand was a "liability" issue and that my request was unacceptable. i asked if anybody else working there might be able to help remove the kickstand and they just said i can go help myself, because nobody there would. made me feel like an an absolute piece of trash for "building my own bike." all i needed was a screw loosened or the tool to loosen it. i didnt even mind paying a heavy premium or buying a toolkit to support a cool shop. absolutely the worst customer service for a bicycle shop i've ever experienced.

That's up in the air! They would look at the bike and probably determine prices if they take it off your hands! Try different bike groups on Facebook as well.
It's closed inside to customers but if you know what your looking for and phone ahead they can have it waiting for you
Not sure best bet is to call and ask. I know they let prospective buyers test ride their bikes
