I can not say enough about the staff (especially the 2 ladies at window) and the supervisor there, WOW they are a blessing when u need one, the man upstairs knew when he put those ladies there that they'd impact someone and at a very low point in my life they treated me like a real person, like I mattered!! And I am just grateful I met them and we are fortunate to have people like these guys there to help us in this county!!

My case worker goes above and beyond to make sure I am not approved , She made my appointment and I was trying to get out of clinic and i call her right back no answer , then she makes me another appt. misses it . Then I download documentation and she claims she did not get it down load a third time she closes my case. The lady upfront told me she did not care about my circumstance and to call back.

They have a download place on My MDHS sign up for account and put your case number on it . Now, My worker does not acknowledge she gets my stuff but she goes above and beyond to make sure I am not approved.
I get treated so horrible by the social worker I have . I downloaded everything she needed and she still said I did not turn it in . Everytime I have problems with her . She literally makes me cry . I have no income , this woman .
