No Maryland doesn't practice reciprocity. Hopefully this will change in the coming years.However Washington DC does.
Washington DC is your best bet. It is legal. No retail but "events" occur in rented rooms. Just check Instagram. Or become a resident of our state. Best of luck getting your medicine.
Maryland does have reciprocity you just have to fill.out the form to get a state id number as an out of state paitent and see a doctor. Please consult mmcc.gov
