Update 10/04/2022 - i see a few negative reviews here since maggie’s became liberty. most likely the only way they could stay afloat and continue to serve the community. i like the rewards program and i still get good deals.

They sell a high cbd tincture but, as all cbd product in dispensaries are derived from actual cannabis all products contain even trace amounts of other cannabinoids. Check their menu online

No Maryland doesn't practice reciprocity. Hopefully this will change in the coming years.However Washington DC does.

^^correct. Recreational is not legal in the state of Maryland. Yes, it is decriminalized and a fine-able offense. But in order to legally purchase at this current time, you must have your medical card.
Yes. You must have a Maryland Medical Cannabis card/certificate in order to purchase cannabis from ANY of the dispensaries.
