You need to register with the MMCC and see a qualified provider. You can search Green Health Doctors in MD and they will help you with the process. On average it can take up to 45 days to get approved. However you can buy hemp derived oils on Amazon (Charlottes Web) as they are legal. Anything from a dispensary requires registration.
MMCC approval is needed for all cannabis purchases.
I believe you need a card to purchase anything from any MD dispensary but I know MD Cannabis Physicians here in Westminster sells pure CBD oil and you don't need a card to buy it. You can get a lot of oils and vape pen juices online too! Hope this helps. :)
