UPDATE: GAVE THIS PLACE ANOTHER SHOT, AND WHILE IT WAS NOT THE SMOOTHEST EXPERIENCE ORDERING ON THEIR WEBSITE, ONCE I GOT INTO THE SHOP CARLA WAS SUPER AWESOME. SHE WAS KIND, PATIENT, AND EXPLAINED WHAT WAS GOING ON, AND MADE ME A SUPER HAPPY CUSTOMER!!? This place used to be super easy and fun to visit, now it's gotten super complicated and difficult. There are different reward programs, certain ones which require different payment methods, which make it a really frustrating experience, which is the exact opposite of the reason that I came here in the first place...
