They have a ROACH PROBLEM and towed me for parking in the visitor parking. The walls are paper towels thin and can constantly hear people stomping around and playing music.

This is the most poorly managed property I have ever resided in. It has the potential to be a wonderful community, however there is NO follow through on the part of the management when it comes to issues related to quality of life. They simply have no ability to negotiate conflict between tenants so they completely ignore it. I am moving out asap. Do not buy a place here if you want to live in peace.
