Yes and No...they work with the state to just Convince people to take a plea...they all work , eat and play with each other...with the common goal to get convictions...I call them the Public Pretenders 😤😪..but if due to financial difficulties y ou u have to use them...help your own case meaning get your own proof for stuff...write your own motions...google search the charges and how to fight your own case ...just my opinion....Good luck
No. Publis Defenders do not do Family Law.
Show up to the office people They dont care about you...You are a case # Docket # to them to trade on.. Email them when you have been assigned a public Pretender😤😪 File your own motions..its your own case and your own life ..they dont care.... build your own case Google search these things you dont know...Google will give great advice on how to move forward on filing motions on your behalf and such The public Pretenders office works with the state department office to get convictions and pleas to trade our bodies for coins like slaves....This is a fact look it up...I hope this helps someone
County clerk has all records and this is where you go to file motions on your behalf
Only if you had already been assigned one during an arrainment. If you have a warrant and have not been arrested, your only option is a pay lawyer
Paid lawyers yes...but Public Pretenders are restricted to the county
