No. A license tag and vin are enough
I was there about a month ago. They have camera to capture the tag number and automatically pull up your information. The inspector said they don't need your paper. That location is near route 29 and broken land in Columbia.
They may be able to just run the info with your Registration Card & Vin # on the car? 🤔
