They were able to replace my broken passenger vent window the same day in under 15 minutes and for a reasonable price. They took very good care of me. Highly recommended!

Had to wait 45 minutes to be told that a windshield repair would need to be a replacement. Not frustrated that the windsheild was a replacement, but dissapointed that the windshield couldn't have been inspected earlier and next steps could have been taken earlier rather than waiting 45 minutes for an inspection that resulted in me going home without a resolution. Would suggest standard operating procedure be looked at to provide better service to future customers.

I picked up my car yesterday to discover several issues. 1. Strong chemical smell 2. The interior plastic touching windshield in car was stripped. 3. The adhesive was inconsistently applied and showing globs around some edges of windshield. 4. There is a hole in the cloth of the roof in the car that touches the windshield. 5. The engine hood was popped and my dashboard light lit up when I drove away. 6. The hood and front of cars paint is scratched in multiple places.

Stay AWAY: horrible experience. I trusted Safelite to use their resin hole fill for a half of a inch chip on my windshield. I was reassured that the issue was handled after a hefty charge of 250 give or take. Within 2 weeks it continued to spread. When I called to revise the issue, I was met with a call center type approach. They set me up with a schedule appointment asking limited questions. Once I arrive for my appointment time, I was working with the receptionist, when the other receptionist made it her business to interject into the conversation. Next she gos back and forth with me regarding, I signed a waiver and nobody will resolve or at least look at my issue. Keep in mind the original issue was a half of a inch. The material used is good for up to 6 inches according to their policy. Very unprofessional and condescending. After I expressed I drove over a hour and was set up by Safelite for a scheduled appointment, lady that interjected said verbatim, “ There is nothing we can do”. “You signed the waiver, Remember? “ Horrible experience and I had higher expectations or at-least decent customer service. Stay Away from this business. Very rude / unprofessional and their product does not work. Response: If that’s the case do away with the filler. If you read above / my initial crack was less that a 1/2 inch. It’s now spreading a few weeks after getting the job done. Second: Opposed to damage control (owner) put your response in the waiver. Let them know they have that option if the poor product does not do the job within reason, you can use the repair as a credit towards a windshield. Like I once stated, 1/2 is nothing compared to 6 inches. Your policy stated up to 6 inches correct? 3rd: Hold intensive training on customer service for front desk staff. They are the heartbeat and face of the location. If provided with the knowledge of tools I have at my expense to move forward, maybe I would have took the 250 and applied it to a new Winshield. She was overly combative and did not relay the information properly. Get better and understand, customers make the experience.

Individual insurance policies are different. 99% do waive deductible and cover chip repairs not a replacement. Deductible would apply.

Have a Lexus SUV with a leaking moonroof. I never use or open the moonroof. Is it possible to seal the moonroof so it does not leak or open? Thank you.

I am a quality manager for safelite. You cannot "seal the moonroof. Your issue is most likely clogged drains. Take your car to a mechanic and have them clean and test the drains
